Choose The Best Books For Children

Bookstore or library, can be huge when it comes to books for children. How do you decide which pre-school reading books to children? I found that I can for hours trying to decide which books to buy or borrow on my three-year-old child.

To prevent piles of unread books and increase the depth of training of my child, I came up with a formula to select the best books for children. Nice and easy four components: theme, knowledge, life skills and character.

Before I head to the library or bookstore, I think that I would want my child to learn. Then I think that the knowledge learned from the fact that life skills can be learned from it and a character trait, which is the same.

I want my child to acquire knowledge, because it gives power and understanding. I want to know her life skills, so it can realize the knowledge and develop positive character traits, so it uses its knowledge and skills in the life of moral and ethical manner.

By the choice of topics and books from each category (knowledge, life skills, character) under the theme, children are not overburdened with several topics, but learn at different levels. And he makes the choice of the best books for children much easier. Here’s an example of how to follow the formula:

1. Subject
Adam and Eve is a big issue. At an early age, children want to know where they came because of “tummy mom” and the story of Adam and Eve teaches children where we come from. It also includes the knowledge, life skills and character traits.

2. Knowledge
History of Adam and Eve about knowledge, knowledge of good and evil. It is about how we came to know of the existence of evil, and experience first hand. Adam and Eve were instructed that they could eat from any tree in the garden, except one. Then Satan convinced Eve to eat from the tree and it will be more like God.
