I can not escape the thought that we pay particular attention to the fact that we spend so much time paying attention to the overweight, how to lose weight, what diet is best and so on. Of course, our focus should be, not how we as a nation become healthier? Do you think in a healthy and balanced way, your habits will reflect this and so too will its size and shape of the body. We are all too easy to get tied to focus on symptoms rather than causes. We pay attention to what lies on the surface, rather than looking at what lies beneath it.
